Memorial Day 2011

As I have done every Memorial Day since my children were toddlers, pay respect to those who defend our country. This year, as we were in Indianapolis, we went to the Soldiers and Sailors Monument. Indianapolis has several amazing and beautiful monuments and parks to honor Vets from every war. Please enjoy my photos from this day, pay close attention to the detail that has gone into these. I would love for every state to have monuments so special. This day will be my last as Mrs. Midwest....how awesome it was I could be traveling across the midwest today.....
